We have converted the file to Adobe Acrobat PDF format for those who cannot open he PowerPoint file.
The attached document (converted from PowerPoint to Adobe Acrobat PDF format) is the Maintenance Error or Violation Investigation Guide that is used by the company during all Maintenance Error and Maintenance Violation events.
This was sent for all Local 591 Members to provide you, the Member, the basic understanding on the structure and processes which occur whenever a Maintenance Error or Maintenance Violation occurs.
