Union Benefit Planner(UBP) product premiums have changed for 2023

As most of you know, the premiums for Union Benefit Planner(UBP) products have changed for 2023. That said, it is time to update our premium payment amounts in jetnet to properly cover the cost of the
benefits you have chosen. Piedmont Payment Services, who handles premium payments for UBP’s products, has sent out emails to all members with UBP products. Please follow the instructions included
in the email to make the premium amount changes.

Additionally, we have become aware that quite a few of our members that have attempted to cancel UBP’s LTD, but for whatever reason the cancelation was not processed. You should go to the UBP website to ensure that they are covering you for the products you want, and ONLY for the products that you want. UBP’s website is https://www.twuaaunionbenefits.com/

We have also seen several cases where Local 591 members are carrying LTD with AA, and also with UBP. You must select one or the other. If you find that you have LTD with AA and also with UBP, please notify one of our team members as listed below.
