To sign up for the non-company Union Benefits Planners (UBP) Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Life Lock, Term Life Insurance, or Whole Life Insurance, please make an appointment at the link below or use the QR code to make an appointment. You may also sit with an enroller if available at your Station.

If you currently have any of these types of insurance with UBP no action needs to be taken for those options until December 2022. For those options the Information on when to accomplish the JETNET direct deposit adjustments, and how, will be provided when we receive the information.
